1) Who we are
Flutus Q Voice is operated by Sphari LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Sphari”, “Flutus”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@flutus.com.
2) The service
Q Voice is an AI phone assistant that can help answer calls, summarize messages, route requests, and support workflows. Features may change over time and may depend on compatible devices, carriers, and third-party providers.
3) Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4) Billing & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support.
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
5) Refunds
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@flutus.com. Typical response time is within 24 hours.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity, including attempts to access systems or data you do not have permission to access.
7) Privacy

8) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that all calls/messages will always be handled successfully.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
